We currently have 18 people most of them are new and all of them are town 8 or lower. Anyone can join as long as you are mature and respectful. Don't join expecting to receive co or elder on join. Positions are earned. We're about to start our first war and it looks like we're going to win pretty easily.
As for me I'm close to max town hall 8 and I plan on maxing before I upgrade. I am willing to donate you whatever you want on join regardless of if you stay or not but I am trying to save my dark elixir if at all possible.
Clan requirements are to have fun and be friendly! Also if you're going to opt in for war I do expect you to use both of your attacks and do your best. There aren't any other requirements YET but there will be soon such as donation minimum per season.
