I think level 4 PEKKA would be too OP for a TH9. Leave it as a TH10 upgrade.

It depends on your definition of OP - I don't think it is.

In my experience:
Max troop at TH7 can 3* TH7 and have a good go at TH8
Max troop at TH8 can 3* TH8 and have a good go at TH9
Max Troop at TH9 can 2* (3 if lucky) TH9 and have a mediocre go at TH10

Pekka level will only change it to 3* TH9 and change the mediocre to good at attacks on TH10

Yes it increases the powerfulness any increae in level would, but it does not drastically change things beyond the point where it is rediculous or absurd IMO.

I agree with both suggestions. I dont understand why people say no to queues for hiding loot...Thats dumb...You can hide what? 40k elixir? Lol if that would make a difference then you just dont know how to farm.
And on top of these suggestion I would add Dragon lvl 4 for th9 and make a Dragon lvl 5 for th10.

And that's best case scenario...adding PEKKA 4 won't guarantee 3 stars with GoWiPe on newer TH9s, and certainly not high level ones, and it won't replace max witches or max balloons and level 2 hounds.

What it would do is provide a more viable alternative to the armies that TH9s use, and gain an additional star in some small percentage of attacks. As it stands now, using level 3 PEKKA even with leveled up golems is enough to barely eek out 2 stars against strong TH9s, and that's if the attack goes well. In contrast, using the same army more or less but replacing the PEKKAs with level 1 witches usually means an extra 10 or so percentage points.
