Been playing Clash of Clans on my iphone for 4 days. Bought $10 in gems to catch up to my friends.
Today I tried to sync it to my ipad. Opened clash of clans on my ipad assuming it would prompt me to sync them but it didn't. Then I thought maybe it was under settings so I got through the tutorial and found where it said to link devices. Clicked the "new device" and it prompted me to add a code.
So I go back to my iphone and open Clash of Clans looking for a code under settings. I then realized that my game center wasn't logged in on my phone, but it was too late, the village on my ipad had been saved to the gamecenter. I tried deleting the app and the data on both game centers on the ipad, but the ipad village is still synced and I cant get rid of it.
Normally I would just start over, but its been 4 days and I already spent $10 trying to catch up. I don't want to spend another $10 and another couple days trying to catch back up. I also don't want to continue playing if I'll never be able to play it on anything else besides the iphone. If it breaks (which it most certainly will at some point) I don't want all to be lost.
Is there any way to unsync villages from game center? or is it really that permanent.
After reading many threads it sounds like I'm pretty screwed without creating a new Game Center account. Is it possible to do this without creating a whole new Apple ID?
