You will have to redesign your base once you get your X-Bows.
Currently, this base can't accomodate them properly.
IMO, this is a TH8 base that you are modifying for TH9. Don't do that.
TH9's get 4 AT's and 4 Wiz Towers. This makes building symmetrical bases easier.

This is so much like my main accs design. Also it Is a very generic design sorry but yeah generic. But really I have been in 1 war with my new th lvl 9 base design with 1 x-bow I wasn't attacked even though I was going up against maxed lvl troops to th lvl 9 I wasn't attacked and we won and they didn't attack me. Just check my base in my signature on clash

I prefer having symmetrical layouts for th9. It makes designing the base much easier. If you see how the base works you can start placing traps on one side (for example the th side).
Also I would place the dark elixir in the middle. Having it not centered without xbows means you will be loosing it very orften. You have max walls and are th8.5 so I suppose you also want tomax your heroes at th9.
