Thanks for the compliment, Jay. It's great that you applied the formula — what you've said is right. Certain aspects of the base indicate a Penta may be a good choice, but there are other aspects that point towards a Cold-Blood.
As far as the Cold Blood goes, you can definitely kill the AQ... and you could probably get the AD that's near her without WBs or a jump, giving you room for some other spell.
As for a Penta... I'd drop my BK to kill the AQ and then I'd start on the end opposite the AQ. 2 Lava Hounds on each of those ADs and then make a horse shoe around that end of the base such that every defensive unit has at least 1-2 loons coming in on it. The base is compact, so you can rage almost the entire thing and brute force it with your Penta. Save your Max Hound until 10-20 seconds into the raid and then deploy it near the BK so that it comes in and tanks the backside. Then drop in 5-6 backside loons.
Once again, you're right that the X-Bows are a combined level 6, that's typically bad for a Penta. However, the combined level of the ADs is only level 24 and you can kill the AQ with your BK, taking her out of the equation and lessening the significance of the level 6 X-Bows.
