Hey guys and gals!
We're a new startup clan with an awesome core group that has decided to split from our previous clan to stop having to deal with drama. It has worked awesome so far! Well, save the occasional nightmare that global recruiting can bring, which is why I'm here.
We would like to find some more mellow adults so that we can have larger wars. We're all in our 20's and 30's, and without meaning to sound narcissistic - we have good senses of humor, though perhaps crass at times..
We have a mix of guys and gals and are all very active, generally there are several folks on at all times.
Who we are looking for, aside from fitting the general idea above:
Town hall 6 and up, 7 and up ideally.
Not insanely rushed.
Understanding of team dynamics and teamwork. We are like a democracy and vote on many things so your opinion will matter regardless of the petty "elder" titles, etc, that children like to fight over in clans.
We communicate strategies on a group kik, though not required for participation, makes things easier.
We make sure that the team is helped where necessary or needed, and are looking for people that enjoy the role of being in a working community that helps to build everyone.
Promotions are not given by donations, they are brought by teamwork and developing trust through getting to know each other through the game and chat.
Myself and another member generally donate more than 2000 troops per season, with many of our other members making it close to that as well.

We are currently have back to back wars while we level this new clan up, but will eventually at level 3 or so back down to twice weekly - unless of course members vote to continue frequent wars.
