Supercell is doing their best to keep the game clean. The best way to do that is to use a temporary ban as your warning since it certainly gets the message across.

Yes there is no universal definition of obscenity but if you have to ask yourself the question "will this offend anybody" the answer is probably yes.

As for the statue there has been the people in the past that have gone and covered all male genitalia of statues with fig leaves since they found it offensive. So the answer is yes the statue of David would offend some people and Supercell wouldn't allow it in the game.

2. There is no "clearly written" definition for obscenity, not in Clash and not in the United States Supreme Court. It does not exist. It never will. Offensiveness is inherently subjective.

3. My personal history is totally irrelevant to this idea. Please do not come here to troll with smug and condescending comments about my parents etc. etc. I did not even get banned, my friend did.

2a. Oh yes please! The United States argument again! This is not the the US of A so pull your head out.

2b. It doesn't need to be clearly written. The subjective view is exactly what is taken in to account around here and why so many things can result in a ban. "It may not be offensive to you but it can be offensive to others" is the whole mentality that is put in to play.

3. Your personal history and feelings on the matter are exactly what this "idea" is about. You feel slighted, for yourself or your friend it doesn't matter. You feel that whoever found you offensive should get over it because they must obviously be a loser. Your responses show that you are not even close to being level-headed about any part of your posting.

1. Everybody should read the ToS. That's what it's there for.

2. Not really, there are things which are universally known to be "obscene".

3. Smug comments about your parents?! Why would we do that?

Did your friend get banned in game or on the forums?

And if he got banned for that link, I suppose you'll get banned too? So that's a lose-lose situation.

You are right, that picture does violate the TOS. I reported it and all COC accounts owned by Michaelangelo, the Galeria dell'Academia, and King David himself have all been deleted. Every one of them.

Nobody here has been rude to you or been trolling you. You are the only jerk on this thread. You gave no information, so people didn't know what exactly you wanted as an answer. They sincerely tried as best as they could to help you. They came up with several scenarios that might have happened and gave advice. You said you haven't been banned before, but with more posts like the one I am quoting, you will in fact be banned.

I'm not complaining about anything.

I came to a forum meant for people to post suggestions and posted a simple suggestion:
Warning before ban.

That's it.
I just think it would be nicer to give customers a warning rather than just ban them for a first offense.
That's my suggestion.

If you don't like it, that's fine.

But there is no reason to start talking about my parents and making personal attacks.
That is RUDE, and everyone knows it.

Nobody here ever insulted your parents, I do not know where you got that from. Now stop insulting everyone you talk to please and respect people here on the forums.
