If you take the time to look back over my forum history my volume of work here speaks volumes against your claim. I try to be very helpful, especially if that means giving people bad news. That's all I did here. There isn't any way to let somebody know on an internet forum that they are wrong, that their idea is bad, or that they are in some way on the negative side of an equation without sounding like you are ragging on them.

While I do occasionally introduce a great deal of sarcasm (this is the internet after all) into my exchanges here you have not yet experienced that side of me. It is unfortunate that you got banned. Hopefully you learned from it and will conduct yourself in a different way next time.

1. Nobody reads the ToS. ( Your general statement is invalid, I actually read it so I wouldn't get kicked off for not knowing something)

2. There is no "clearly written" definition for obscenity, not in Clash and not in the United States Supreme Court. It does not exist. It never will. Offensiveness is inherently subjective. (Completely irrelevant because this game is not owned by a company based in the united states...they're in Finland)

3. My personal history is totally irrelevant to this idea. Please do not come here to troll with smug and condescending comments about my parents etc. etc. I did not even get banned, my friend did.

Understood the TOS can't itemize every word and term that can and can not be used. But we are all supposed to be using a little common sense what is and is not appropriate to say. Ok, this is about a friend, not you. Tell your friend that it was up to him to figure out what the right thing to do was and that the consequences are his to bear if he does not do that. Also tell him he should not think everyone is always entitled to a warning so that they can know when to stop misbehaving. They are supposed to not start misbehaving in the first place.

And also tell him and you (because you wrote the post) that it pretty lame to be running around looking for approval in different places because you are looking for an excuse to invalidate in your mind the punishment you are mad about. And even lamer to start getting mad at everyone that won't give that sympathy.

If you are not mature enough to know what is offensive or to play without being offensive, don't play.... Stop making it someone else's job to teach you how to behave in public....

The warning is the 2-3 day ban, after that it is Perma ban. A human that is 13+ Playing this game should know what is offensive and what is not. If you are not 13 + and you are playing this game you will get banned as the TOS states it is for 13+. The ToS for any service is an important read if you care about the thing and/or your personal information if that is required to join.
To create a forum account you are required to app ect the ToS therefore it should have been read.

Nobody here has been rude to you or been trolling you. You are the only jerk on this thread. You gave no information, so people didn't know what exactly you wanted as an answer. They sincerely tried as best as they could to help you. They came up with several scenarios that might have happened and gave advice. You said you haven't been banned before, but with more posts like the one I am quoting, you will in fact be banned.
