Kind of assuming a few things in my post that aren't totaly true, iceageg. . .

I wasn't necessarily speaking to your situation specifically. More the general tone of most fresh spawn who post and never return. You've been around here long enough that I know you understand these things. I was simply mentioning it because I don't consider it a reason to effect change.

uh.. Sorry, I can't get past the "no more shield for a TH kill" part Been made too gun shy from previous 'arguments' to even touch that approach until the current gameplay environment has changed drastically to where people aren't going to explode in a fit of rage at such an idea. I'm likely not going to be the best person to ask in regards to this. Or maybe I am since I know all too well it will have really bad naysayers... I don't know. Just how I see it from my angle.

Then you missed the whole point. The free shields are still there. Just based on your defense and you would never loose more than your base would loose now for a 100% wipe. But hey, if the forum's most energetic proponent of the idea is unwilling to even read mine through there is little reason I should continue contributing on the topic.

Ah OK. Yeah, that is a common mistake for people to make, wanting to attack, but not be attacked . Just the way you referenced it seemed like it was aimed at me.

OK OK, fine... I'll look it over again. x.x But later. Having (among other things) worse sleeping problems than usual (for only the next few days), and kind of assumed a few things from the last time I read your other post. When I quote it, going to give the text some formating, since I can barely keep my eyes properly tracked on those scenarios you listed. Unless fixed before I get back to it.

I do mean it about some vocal farming base people going nuts about anything that seems to threaten thier shield generating base. For several days or so on a thread, I felt like I was hit with every person that read only what they wanted to see in a thread I made and felt justified in telling me what for on as if I was the bad guy to take thier layout away.

Seems like you have other issues than this game. Although it seems drastic, I urge you to quit the game (having weird déjà vu) When games cease to do the one thing they are built for; entertainment, their purpose is useless. Even if you wasted past effort, think of all the future effort you can save! Do it for your own sake Warren buddy, I think you really need it. I'll be sad to see you go!

I remember two of those threads and our efforts inside them. The novella I added on page one made an effort to still provide free shields that were caused by defense instead of TH kills. Sure if they get 100% wiped they would loose a single attack worth of loot but the attempted trade off is to have far more villages with viable loot in the queue. Fairly radical in its approach but still within much of the game's mechanic.

I for one would gladly exchange the potential for 3 small losses or one full loss to end the nexting marathon that is rubbing my fingerprints off. Just read it over and think on it. No rush. Point out any glaring flaws that I missed and challenge it. I believe it was Bill Gates who said, "A companies most valuable feedback are its loudest critics." Or something very close to that.
