ok the honest reason is which is embarrassing but i made the base on my ex girlfriends tablet blah blah long story short she keeps going on and failing war attacks and idk wat to do i would hate to restart i just want it saved to another email i have all the information of both emails i just dont know how to keep it safe

what device are you using? google plus (andoid) or game center (itunes) account? the best thing you can do is to change your password so only you can access that account, you can ask your girlfriend to make another account and start a village of her own if you don't want her using your village. since this is not a lost village issue. putting your village to another account can be put into trading, which is a breach of Supercell's Terms of Service.

If you use ios you can change the email assosiated with your gamecentre account without losing you coc base. Seems less likely with android as your Google account is usually your email account.
