This troop would act like a wizard or archer but has the ability to slowen defences down thus reducing damage , they would have minimal hp and would hide behind Giants or any other troop on the front line.
Alternatively as a defensive troop it would have a tower that would act similar to a wizard tower in the way that it could target splash damage on a group of troops and slowen them down. It would use this leeching of power in order to repair damage etc.
Possibly as a spell in a more practical way it would slowen defences down but it is a bit too similar to the frost spell and so wouldn't bring much diversity.
