Silver Squad is currently trying to recruit town hall levels 6-8 (non-rushed) to compete with us in clan wars (leader - Dekalbs Uncle)! We enjoy the competition and are constantly striving to get better. We are a mix of veteran and semi-new players who are always willing to help each other out and donate whenever possible. Note - many of us have full-time jobs, so activity during the day can be slow.
Each war we start the following day after the previous war ends at about 9 pm, CST. In between, we farm as much as we can, but generally speaking, war is our primary goal! We have not done a trophy push as of yet since we have about 20 members at this time (but we want to grow).
Right now, our capability for donating higher level troops is limited, but we're working on it. We have a few TH9's, some TH8's, but mostly TH7's and 6's. In time, this will improve, so we hope you'd like to be a part of our growth! I bring may alt over to help donate during times of war. I have max loons, level 3 drags, level 2 witches, level 5 wiz and many more to help out!
We are very helpful in teaching how to do a variety of attacks. Right now, we are focusing on improving our 105, 813 dragoon for TH8 and doing gowipes at TH9. There are other variations that we run or are learning as well. Again, we are still learning and would like you to come onboard to learn with us along the way!
Our higher ranked players are in their 30's (RL age) and work during the day as mentioned. We are VERY competitive and want to WIN! We are hungry! English is the language spoken and we are very friendly and mature.
As far as wars are concerned in more detail, we try to have matchups within the first 12 hours. This depends on the TH matchup from top to bottom against the other clan. We may attack anywhere from 3-5 lower on the other team for TH9's, but then matchup straight across for the lower TH levels. If there is an "overlap" zone, those ranks can clean up a failed attack later on in the war. We deal with the top 3-5 bases as needed or how each may be best attacked based on which player uses certain attacks better than others.
Right now, we have the elder requirement set at 100 donations per season, but this will likely rise as we grow. Our top players donate 1,000+, so there is potential for some big numbers if we get the right people to join us.
Please state your town hall level, experience level and a picture of your town. We are actually going to be starting up a war tonight and need a new player to join us. I usually go to the Global Forum in game and it's not exactly the greatest way to recruit.
