I have setup a clan to TH3/4 war. I have 3 bigs in clan that can provide support during Australian hours however I am unable to support in small hours. Looking for someone who is HAPPY to build a new Clan based on supporting and teaching a bunch of youngs.

I believe we can get through the perks very quickly ie 130XP per war looks likely.
