So basically when both teams have done everything they can on Prep Day the Leaders can choose to hit the "Ready Button". Once the Leader on each side has hit the Button then War Day can commence early.
Every war we are often ready to fight with a few hours left of Prep. This would potentially lead to more Wars which I think would only add to the enjoyment.
Any else think this is a good idea?
I think this is a good idea but instead of just the leaders having the ready button I think everyone participating in the war should have it. And once everyone in the entire war is ready then you can start.

i agree, it doesnt take 24 hours to prep, im basically prepared just after we have found a new clan to war against lol
the whole prep is a little stupid that its 24 hours, maybe you needed a full 24 hours the very first time you wared, but you dont need 24 hours any time after that, your base would be the same as the last time you went to war in more or less all occasions, but even if you have a new defence, the fact that both sides can tap ready, well your leader should be responsible for saying to everyone, if everyone ready, if so we will proceed.
I have to admit i cant even remember the last time i had to do anything that i would class as preparation, if you include getting your troops trained or spells ready, well you have a full 24 hours to do that during battle day? lol
