    I have a few ideas I think would work.

    I made a new clan and I was talking to my friend on Skype. I asked him how I could tell my other friend that I made a new clan to invite him to it. The problem is, he is almost never online on Skype. I was hoping that you could make a player search system in the game so that I can I can just invite him while he is offline of CoC. Then when he would get on Clash, he would get the notification that I had invited him. Thanks for your time and I hope you will consider this idea!

    Add him to your friends list and you will be all set.
