Yes, you can already donate troops (depends on the size of their clan castle) to your clan mates(only if they requested) to help them out for both offense & defense. You can also donate troops to their clan castle in clan war but you will not receive any experience for that.

ruled out as posted above -- too easy to abuse, especially with many people having multiple accounts (which is also against their rules, but they dont seem to want to enforce that one)
