Custom Ranks!!! :D

I know we JUST had another clan update, but I was thinking that Supercell should implement custom ranks. You could create your own ranks and name them, and assign privileges to each rank, such as, rank-modifying, info-modifying, inviting, chatting (yeah, that's a little evil), kicking, etc. This would eliminate co-leader kicking rampages, and add more leadership, and management methods to the game.

As a clan leader myself I think this would be fabulous. I'd love to have more customization in terms of clan management, it's rather limited and can get frustrating at times.

I think its stupid and anyone that can't set up a good management structure with the existing ranks isn't gonna have any more luck if they can set up their own. A bad manager is a bad manager no matter what you give them.

I also think some of these kid clans will screw themselves. One way is the aforementioned making one big rank everyone can have. But the other is some kid building individual ranks for everyone and totally micromanaging it into a mess. (for micromanagers see my first comment)

So in my own eyes this whole thread is dumb, except for one point...The OP mentioned about 3 posts in that each clan can do as they wish there would be total freedom of choice. A clan that does not want anything to do with this dumb idea can simply ignore it and would not be hurt by it. No one would be getting anything forced on them. So given that I am not going to lose sleep over it if they did put it in. I still don't think they need to, but its not like it will ruin the game or anything. So if it makes someone else feel better then go for it I guess.

Yeah, but also I am right that it does not force itself on or hurt anyone, nor is it going to mess up the game play. those would not be valid arguments against it.

And in its favor I am all about clans having choice to operate in the manner they choose and in that respect it does pan out.
