Near maxed TH8 looking to start a new clan/join a good war clan.

I will be a max TH8, walls and everything, in the next month or so and I'm looking for a good war clan. I'm also open to start a brand new clan but no matter what, I want to be in a clan that has all non-rushed players that are at least TH8. Whether I join a clan, or start a new one, I will ask that a few of my buddies come with me who are the same level/better than me.
