Clash of clans gives its users maybe too much privacy. Yes, i do not have to know if my clanmates are female or male, tall or short, lives in my city or not. But I must know their clash of clans history. Whether they swear or not, whether they have been banned, if they did when and why, which clans they've been to, and what is the clan leader's opinion about this user. There must be some sort of user evaluation so we can avoid offensive and abusive users and they may behave better.

Awesome idea! Not only would this be beneficial to clan leaders, but to good players who are loyal to their clans. This feature could be added to the profile page.

So what you're asking is for a "timeline" or "wall" of sorts that other players may write on.
This would be effective except you would have trolls who post rude comments on it.
Maybe a star rating on players would be a better idea. Perhaps under the stars could be the number of times they've been kicked out of a clan or reported.
It's a great concept. I would love to see it. But it is hard to make reality.
I really like this idea. I like the suggestion in which there is a tally or some way to know if people are clan hoppers or whatever. I have long felt there needs to be a better way to hold people accountable.
people not honest enough for this feature. only takes a couple mad people to make a bad profile just cause they wanna troll
I would be happy with something exactly like the clan description, except private within the clan, and with more characters allowed.
Desirable would be the ability to edit without deleting everything from the end.
Unlikely to to need members and elders writing clan rules and war tactics. They can contribute in normal chat.

In the absence of technical banning of offensive past members, a list of banned people could be written on this wall. However, technical banning by the leader would be better.

I would suggest something like this in the player profile below the troop levels another small frame which shows :
Column 1 : Clans player has been in the past season --- Names of clan
Column 2 : Duration in each clan --- Time
Column 3 : Reasons for exit --- (Kicked/Left)
Column 4 : Number of wars participated : Number of attacks made.
