Hero Priorities- Upgrading to Level 30

It's most efficient to upgrade heroes per 5 levels (and unlock a new ability level) assuming you don't upgrade both at the same time. Even if you consider both heroes equally important, this is the best way to unlock a new ability level the fastest. You do have to choose one imo, indeed based on your attacking style. For farmers definitely the queen.

I did mine 1 then the other up until 20....from now until I get bored of th9 queen gets all the love as for me she is much more useful at th10 and at 20 the king still has a good deal of tanking power.

I'd prefer upgrading them orderly. Upgrade BK, next will be AQ's turn, after that BK again, and then AQ again, and go on.
This orderly way of upgrading them will give us balance both in war and farming. Gl.

Kinda depends on what you want more. For wars, get BK to 30 first. For farming, get AQ to 30 first.

Okay thanks guys! Based on comments and poll, I'm most likely gonna be getting queen to 30 first. But it's not too late, more thoughts/views are appreciated!

Opposite hero levels but it is similar to yours. My AQ is currently upgrading to level 24, whereas my BK is level 20. My approach is make my BK go level 25, after that AQ goes up to 30. Really need those ability level go up!

I'd say queen up first, then king, because the queen has worse stats in terms of hp, meaning an upgrade is gonna get her going higher. Although she can be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ed, her range is very useful

lol for reviving this one, now it's done I'll also say AQ up first, she's a greater asset for going for DE, anything to help the DE pouring in will speed up your BK advancement later on.

If you don't want to take her to lvl30 before investing some into your BK, then at least take him to the next ability-lvl.

I would max your queen. If you want an MVP for wars, the king is not. The queen is by FAR the best troop in the game, despite her screwy AI. IDK how many times my king has been stuck on a wall while the queen takes out the last 25% of the buildings. I've made my choice, see my sig.
