We currently have 14 core members and a revolving door of hoppers or inactives who are kicked shortly.
~War twice/week, participation or opt-out is required
~Must maintain good donations ratio, those who only leach are kicked
~Elder and co are earned over time, not handed out like candy. Those who prove themselves as active valuable members are promoted
