The Docks
Description: What's that ruined building next to the seaside? It's the Docks! The Docks will make use of the water in the game. You can do various stuff (which will be listed in this post) with it!
Notes:
- You can rebuild the Docks for 100k Gold (TH7) or 25 Gems (any TH level starting at TH3) and unlock many new features!
- Upgrade it to level 5 to unlock the Clan Docks (which would be another ruined building connected to the main Docks itself)!
Appearances:Ruined
- At this point, the Docks would look like an abandoned pier with a small ruined wooden sh4ck and a sunken boat near the pier.
Level 1
- At this level, the Docks would still look the same as it was ruined but all the damages will be repaired and the ruined sh4ck will be rebuilt. The sunken boat will also be repaired and moored to the pier.
Level 2
- After upgrading the Docks, major changes will be applied:
- The pier will now be made of concrete stone. The legs will be changed into a concrete stone base instead.
- The wooden sh4ck will be expanded but it will still be made of wood (although the floor would be made of stone).
Level 3
- Upgrading the Docks to level 3 will apply new changes:
- The wooden sh4ck is finally renovated into a small concrete house. A door and a window will be added to the building.
- A flagpole will be added somewhere near the concrete sh4ck.
- A torch holder and a torch will be implemented onto the concrete building.
Level 4
- More new changes will be applied:
- The concrete sh4ck's roof will be painted in Blue color (will appear Red in the enemy's perspective (on raids only, will appear as the normal color when visiting)).
- The walls of the house (or sh4ck) will be paintedPale Turquoise color.
- The torch will be removed. Its replacement is a lamppost but it will be placed somewhere farther from the sh4ck, probably closer to the flagpole.
- The flagpole can now be edited: If you have more than one flags in your village, you can choose which one to be displayed on the Docks' flagpole.
- The rowboat will be replaced as a motorboat.
Level 5
- This is the level where you unlock the Clan Docks (the other ruined building behind the sh4ck).
- A few changes can be seen on this level:
- See that old ruined building behind the Docks' concrete sh4ck? That's the Clan Docks. Rebuild it to unlock new features for it.
After rebuilding the Clan Docks...
- Upon rebuilding the Clan Docks, the docks' pier will be added. The old hovercraft there will be repaired and moored into the said docks' pier.
- The Clan Docks only has one level so its appearance will automatically match the main Docks' current appearance: concrete stone.
- The ruined building, upon reconstruction, actually looks like a smaller version of the Clan Castle except that the top part of the castle is a roof rather than a platform. The clan's crest and name will be shown at the same exact spot of where it was located on the Clan Castle.
Features:From levels 1 to 4...
- A 7-day daily reward feature is added WHERE on the seventh day you will be awarded the amount of Gems that a Gem Box would give you. One the other 6 days, you will only be awarded small amounts of resources (ranging from 5k to 50k for Gold/Elixir and from 50 to 1k for Dark Elixir). The boat that will award you your Daily Reward bonus looks like a blue hovercraft with what appears to be boxes that might be filled with Gold, Elixir, DE or even Gems!
- 100 more Goblin missions for you to challenge! Just tap on the Docks and then on the button with the message "Missions" (the image for this button will look like the Goblin King's head shown when choosing a Goblin Base in single-player missions).
- Choose which flag to display on the flagpole (if you only have one national flag, then that flag will be automatically displayed --- you can also edit it to display none)!
Level 5...
- You can now rebuild the Clan Docks (as mentioned earlier, the ruined building behind the sh4ck).

The Clan Docks
Description: Rebuildable @ Docks level 5, the Clan Docks can handle some identical tasks from the Clan Castle (with the exception of requesting troops and collecting war loot). You can view the clan info here and sending clan mail will look easier (maybe?): Simply tap on the Clan Docks and tap on the button "Send Mail" (the image looks the same as the one featured in the clan window).

- REMOVED the "Expeditions" feature.
- Upgrade Costs for each level of the Docks has been ADDED.
- REPLACED the Expeditions feature with something different: Clan Achievements!
- Appearance changes.
- REMOVED the purpose of the hovercraft in the Clan Docks. [NOTE] You can suggest what purpose the hovercraft would have or keep it as a cosmetic item for the building.

Docks Upgrade Costs and Time to rebuild:Rebuild (Ruins -> Level 1)
- Cost: 100k Gold (starting at TH7) or 25 Gems (starting at TH3).
- Time required: 1 hour (when bought using Gold) or Instantly (when bought with Gems).
Level 1 -> Level 2
- Cost: 150k Gold or 25 Gems.
- Time required: 12 hours (Gold) or 6 hours (Gems).
Level 2 -> Level 3
- Cost: 200k Gold or 25 Gems.
- Time required: 1 day (Gold) or 6 hours (Gems).
Level 3 -> Level 4
- Cost: 250k Gold or 50 Gems.
- Time required: 3 days (Gold) or 12 hours (Gems).
Level 4 -> Level 5
- Cost: 500k Gold or 100 Gems.
- Time required: 5 days (Gold) or Instantly (Gems).
Clan Docks Rebuilding Cost and Required Time:Rebuilding
- Cost: 1.5 Million Gold to rebuild (no Gem cost).
- Time required: 1 week (Instantly if you are in TH9 or TH10).
Clan Achievements:
- Unlimited number of sets; 1 set every 2 days.
- There are 10 clan achievements in 1 set.
- Complete 5 sets in a row (50 clan achievements) to receive 50 Gems. Complete 10 sets in a row (100 clan achievements) to receive 100 Gems. Complete more than 15 IN A ROW to receive large amounts of resources, Gems and, on very rare chances, XP!
- Upon completion of one achievement in a set will reward you 100 Gold and Elixir and 50 Dark Elixir. This amount will not raise even if you complete more than one achievements in the active set.
- If you do NOT complete a single achievement in a set and 2 days have passed, the previous set will be permanently discarded (which means you cannot switch to which set you'll be completing). You will have to wait for a random day to get that set back.

[NOTICE] I saw one or two posts in this thread saying that I'm trying to merge CoC and BB. No, no I'm not. BEFORE you do post stuff relating to "Me trying to make CoC look like BB", please do note that I'll be adding and changing more details about this building.
