I think town hall nine should be able to acess lv 6 GOBLINS because at TH 10 they are rarely if not never used. Possably addition of a low cost TH 10 Dark troop for farming to get TH 10 to farm again to leave TH10s a farming tool to unlock

I hope they make goblins 7 for TH10...
and move down the 6 at TH9
I was actually excited to get Gobs6, only to find out that they're available at TH10
maxed out TH9, minus the heroes
