Won't ever happen. If you want a template just Google image search for one and then build off of it.
While designing bases, or while visiting bases (friendly); it would be nice if you could tap a button that would show the defensive spheres all at the same time so you could easily spot weaknesses. It would be even better if you could see all ground defenses and all aerial defenses separately.
