Accidentally spent my Gem. :(

Can supercell fix my problem with this?, my niece accidentally tapped the 1week Shield costs 250gems, I hope they can return my gem. Thanks

I am sorry wakadasdas that Supercell is not entitled to bring back the gems that you spend. If it were any mistake from the side of Supercell they will correct it but the gems you spend are your liability. So they can't do much. Sorry Mate

I spent my gems by accident! Can I get them back?

By adding intuitive confirmation steps, we’ve done everything we can to limit accidental purchases from being made in the game. When making a purchase with gems, you will always be notified, and asked to proceed before spending any actual gems. This has done very well in limiting these instances.


Because the game is a live, online multiplayer game, reversing changes would have adverse effects on other players you've interacted with. As we can’t turn back someone’s progress in the game, or remove features, providing a gem refund would provide your village with something for free, which we see as unfair to other Clashers who earned the same item or upgrade through their own gems or gameplay

You would have to double accidentally tap as there is a warning that you are about to spend gems

My gems disappeared when I turned my phone back on and now I realize that somehow I had bought a week shield i dont know how it happened if my phone was off could u give them back
