I think there should be 14000 gems inside every tree and I think my loot should be safe from all attacks and I think that instead of arrows and cannonballs, defenses should shoot power ups at my troops to make them stronger, that's what I think there should be.
Supercell makes their money off you buying gems. There's no way they will give away more for free than they already do. Even then, the number they give away through obstacles and achievements is fairly miniscule.
