It would help. Takes about an 1 & a half, 2 hours to train your troops. But u still can't attack bc ur spells take 3hours. Maybe take 10-15 minutes off spell creation. Or add a second spell factory. I hate having to wait for spells during war & especially while I'm pushing trophies.
Honestly the time is fine for me.
A couple minutes would be nice but I really don't think its necessary

After the changes to hero regen time it would be nice to see a reduction in spell creation time.
If spell times did get reduced, just imagine how many more angry threads about DE zapping there would be.

I think it needs to be a little faster or at least when you boost spell factory it should be 6x instead of 4x.
