Recruiting can be painful... Anyone that does this, knows this. Our clan The Crazy Eighty Eight loves to war. In order to prevent hoppers from disrupting our clan wars we check a new/potential members profile and check if they have abandoned their previous clan during a war. If they have, this is a major red flag for us. It would be nice to see how long a player generally stays in a clan via their profile. An average clan lifetime stat if you will... having a stat like this would actually make it fun to pursue valuable players while also discouraging hopping. This is a stat long term members would probably like to see as well.
