I will raid about 6-8 times per day with GiWi in Champion. I can raid a lot more if I arch in champion but I prefer to limit my time on this game to raiding once every 90 minutes or so.

DE farmed/day : ~ 45k (60k if boosting)
DE farmed/hour : Hard to say, I play at different times each day for various lengths
TH : 10
Trophy Range (League) : I like to stay in the Crystal leagues
Army composition : (all troops maxed) I have a barracks that does 5 giants, and 5 WB. The other 3 barracks I que 75 barbs, 75 archers, 75 goblins. The 2 dark barracks I que 45 minions each. When my camps are full (every 15 min unboosted) I roll with whatever I have..... It's usually 5 Gi 5 WB, 50ish barbs, 40ish archers, 40ish gobs and 40ish minions
No. & type of Spells used : I only use a spell every 5-6 raids, and it's usually a jump for centralized DE storages. (There's a rare occasion that I jump my goblins in, and then rage them and the minions in the core)
