    Upgrading CC during preparation will not affect your war base

    Okay it's not like you upgrade your CC every week, but still I noticed that finishing an upgrade during prep day takes effect for the current war, except for the CC.
    Wanna change it ? not like a big suggestion but i'll just post it here. bai
