Found a new bug in derby *alert for NH*

Just to let everyone know that for some reason all tasks can be accepted by derby players even if they can't complete the task at all.
Example: I have a member that does not have a mine, town or riverboat. Until today, this person could not choose any of these tasks, now they are all open for the member to choose. Just a heads up and to let super cell know .
