Discover new fatal BUGS, My Neighborhood Derby Stuck at 0 second (not restart)

I believe i am getting more worse than other people, today my derby not restart to beginning, but stuck in 0 second, no matter i reinstall and play, it's still stuck even if i play in another device. And a new task time is red. And i can't claim any rewards because the game says my derby is not over yet. My derby points still same, not restart to 0. Please help and start investigate my id Falian Aridua farm. Thanks a lot..hope get new update to fix this fatal bugs. For what it is worth, it sounds like from the HayDay response on facebook, that the 5 axes are just a "for now" gift and that they hope to fix everyone's rewards. I hope they are able to do that. I had 3 diamonds in one of my columns and lobster tails in another. I want those!!! So we will see what happens.

I would like my 10 honeypots. 3 pickaxes and deeds please. Not to mention the 3 extra rewards for coming first.

I had to fish for 2 days. Fill my precious sugar and cream into boats I normally cast away which made me sick to the stomach!

The new derby is up my neighborhood got first and none of us can collect prizes

Second the rewards gone and start New derby and i lost all my rewards
My team finish first on derby

After finishing 3rd place in the derby, but I could not claim the reward, although the derby already finished and a new started. I got this message: you can claim your reward after finishing the derby

I know you are aware of derby prize issues, this morning I could not select prizes and now they are not even showing as an option. Our neighbourhood worked hard and won, I even spent 10 diamonds for extra tasks - does this mean our prizes are lost? If so, very disheartening - I know you gave axes as compensation, but not quite the same thing really.

Bad enough getting 5 axes when I spent time and diamonds doing this stupid derby, but try to go to the thread that Nick gave and it took me nowhere. This is ridiculous. I want my diamonds back. Don't want or need axes. I find it to be an insult to all of us who have worked hard on the derby. Sure hope you fix this thing soon and return our diamonds and give us the prizes we won in the derby.
