if it's on cooldown, that means you still have a running war on another clan

Yeah, that timer comes up as soon as war starts for a person, is 48 hours, in sync with the timing of the war they are in.

Tip for others relating to War Cool down timer
Don't recruit people with such a timer.

1. They can't war right away anyway
2. Since they hopped from one war, odds are they may do again
3. If they show up asking when is war, and 'war now', they are noobs

You do not seem to understand how war eligibility works. It is to stop people from being in two wars at once, your idea just means that people cant be in consecutive wars and does nothing about the 'problem' you are facing.

this is the answer, it does nothing to the "problem" and annoys the innocent people ( the war eligibility time is 48 hours, exactly the same as 24h+24h prep/battle)

I think the problem you're facing is that TH10s from sister clan is joining their weaker sister clans and donate TH10 troops for war attacks

Please extend to 72 hours or something, the hired hand is killing clan wars.

lower the time really?? that would only encourage the unsavory practice even more.

Last war we chatted with opposing clan, 89-86 victory by them, but they basically stated that 7 of there members bounce between 3 different clans.

So they have three clans in their group and some guys move around to form different armies as each goes to war. And if I understand this is with the consent of all three clans that they do stay loyal to. That is not even hopping.

How is that an unsavory practice?
