As the troops go up in levels, it takes a rather long time for troops and troops and it ties up the lab. If you are maxed out, then you dont have much you can do but raid and wait...it would be nice to boost the lab and cut down the time it takes for troop and spell upgrading. Defenses take a while too. ( maybe throw defenses in during 1 gem boost week)
