I search 10 minutes and spend a lot but i can't find anything more than 100k an in the walls not out
Silver 1 all the way. If I farm at the right times, it takes me around 2 minutes to find a base with 200k+ of each

If you are having problems at TH8, I have some bad news for you...

my son is TH8 now, no problems for loot with him, there is loads in silver 1
I assume you have 200 troops and level 5 barbs and archers.
you need to learn how to barch with a 4-8 wb's and King.
if necessary using a rage spell, you should also be able to get storage loot when it comes up
the trick is having an army flexible enough to get good loot when it comes up.
your clan should be able to help you with this, share replays and ask for advise, ask for others replays. If they can't help... Find a clan that can.
"powercage" is rightly implying that getting loot becomes harder as the game goes on.

Best place to be at TH8 is Silver 1. I would farm roughly 10 million resources a day of Gold and Elixir.
Max your walls assuming you don't have them maxed.
