Those nets are targeted to enemys feet, doing minimum splash damage, but slowing their movement speed with 60%
Or turret that shoots some kind of goo to slow down enemy

Lvl 1: 1.5 mill and 7d

EDIT: net turret affects all enemies but goo turret would only be able to shoot geound enemies. And they have VERY slow firerate
