I mean when we excess of elixir, we can get Gold Against Elixir or Dark Elixir, or Vice Versa.

What one person can do with this feature is that they can create a ton of accounts and funnel all the resources they generate into their main account, basically you will never have to raid, you will have this gold and elixir empire that endlessly generates resources for you, because of this it would easily break the ebb and flow of the game and it is for this reason I don't see it being added ever. Sorry if this disappoints.
