If you actually fill your WCC the fact that people who sit cannot donate to them is in fact relevant to your clan.

There never was, nor is there ever going to be, a situation where people in wars don't fill CCs. I really don't see what's so hard to understand. So you tell me how it is that people sitting not being able to donate at all matters.

I'm sorry to hear people in your clan are not interested in helping the war effort unless they are in it, but at the same time, I am glad to hear that you are guaranteed only max level troops for all war CC's regardless of who is or is not in the war.


But wait...in order for people who are in war to fill them...when people sit out all the time...you have to actually KNOW that only those in the war can donate. Which brings us back to

No. It isn't. I never said ppl weren't interested in helping in war efforts. And yes, we are guaranteed max level troops regardless of who participates. Like I said, it has absolutely never come up before. This could be the stupidest conversation I have ever had.

I am sorry that you are in a clan where this non issue is one you have to worry about.
