I was talking in global one time and this one guy was making inappropriate comments so of course me and 4 other ppl reported him off but just before we reported him he said "go report me I only get blocked for 1 day" so that gave me an idea if you get reported twice in a 3 months you get blocked for 2 days get reported 3 times in 3 months you get blocked for 4 days. 4 times in 3 months 5 days. If you get reported any more times its a week of being blocked. It resets to 1 day after 3 months.
