So my Idea is basically a way to send things like the rules and/or a welcome message to people who join.
When a new member joins, a message would automatically be sent to their inbox, the leader or coleader can change what the message is.
Why this would help:
Sometimes a member is away or raiding when they are accepted
It would eliminate the excuse of not being told the rules
It is more convenient
The editor for the message would go here
(There would be a red exclamation every time it was adjusted)
and when someone joins, the message would appear in their inbox
If the box is empty, nothing is sent
