elixir for upgrade walls

I have a problem here.
Im at th8 now.
All my troops and spell are already max (healer and minion not yet). All I need to upgrade are tesla and walls ( up to lvl 8). The problem is, I ALWAYS have a lot of elixir, my elixir storages are full almost ever time. Beside, I need a lot of gold to upgrade my walls which is so expensive (500000 gold each).
I want to upgrade my th, but I need to put everything to max level including wall.
It will really nice if I can upgrade my level 7 walls to level 8 with elixir too.
Please I dont know what to do with my elixir any more my elixir storages are always full but my gold storages are always empty this is really disturbing

Go to TH9 and spend your lix there.

It's your choice, but just think...every time you waste 1 mil elixir, you could be having a new lego wall at TH9.

will the elixir for walls have been taken for a reason (no elixir found in raidsfor th9 and10) so i dont think they will put it back

Elixir for low-level walls ruined the economy. They raised the elixir-for-walls up to level 9 walls to deal with this problem, so it's not coming back.

You should have kept a builder free to work on walls from day one at TH8. It's your fault for not planning your upgrades ahead of time.

Upgrading your town hall unlocks new upgrades. Now that you've completely maxed your elixir upgrades, it's time to either upgrade your town hall so you can unlock new upgrades, or stay at TH8 to avoid the loot penalty but put up with having nothing to spend your elixir on besides troops and spells. Your choice, but both have their pros and cons. And you can't have the best of both worlds at the expense of the game economy.

And if you ever plan on being TH9 and TH10, you will be glad that all the noobs aren't allowed to dump every drop of elixir they produce into low-level walls.

Just the thread... if that makes sense. It is a chronic problem. New people coming in, mostly posting ruled out ideas (ideas talked about, re-talked about, talked some more all over again from scratch, ruled on by Supercell as likely not happening, and deleted on sight) because they didn't read the sticky thread on what has been talked about before happens so often, the thread just gets deleted, with no punishment towards the newbie (if you don't count the fact the new person's idea they went out of thier way to post getting dismissed, minimized, and deleted as punishment ).

Sorry, just after so long, the repetitiveness of tired topics gets to a person sooner or later.

Little wonder I have a link to an idea to fix this bad situation. Give the Newbie Catch thread a look, and comment on if something like that could have helped prevent the mutual annoyance of new people and regular forum goers.
