I am TH9, lvl 90 and I have every troop. I usually use lvl 3 drags or hogs for clan wars and get 3 stars on most CW attacks. You can look at my base here:

I have been in a good war clan before but left to start my own clan. Now I would like to return to a good war clan, please can I join.
I think you should get at least one attack strategy maxed or almost max until you participate in our war. Although I am sure you will be allowed to join and learn some attacks until you are at a stage at which you are able to attack pretty high th9s (I'm sure that won't be long). I will ask our co leaders more about your situation. I hope to hear from you again, you seem like a serious clasher.

Constant Wars - Although we don't mind if people sit from time to time
Yeah we war pretty much constantly here, but understand if people gotta opt out from time to time to take care of real life stuff or just want a break every now and again. We will eventually kick those who become inactive, particularly as we get full, but right now we've got 8 spots open at the moment so it's not a huge deal at this time.
