I'm almost maxed Town Hall 9 (110 Level) and since I started playing the game,I had only 2 clans, and I left my first, because the leader had a car accident, and all the clan members, got rebelled, and left that clan. Since that,I found great people, offered them to make ourselves a clan, and everything works perfectly, except those hoppers. Something definitely should be done about them. It's really annoying to leave, when the war is about to start

    So my suggestion is:

A new feature (maybe a button)that will be held in every player's profile, which will Enable/Disable that player from joining this clan ever again. That button, should be used and visible only by the clan leaders.

    For Example:

As a Leader,Logging into my clan, and see a player left for no reason,in a middle of a war. Then I'm going in his profile, and clicking Disable. This player will never be able to log into our clan again, until I re-click again,to be Enabled.

    - There are lots of ways,to be made to recognize hoppers, like their nickname to be changed to a different color, only visible to the leaders, and when the hopper log on,to be removed immediately... and probably much more options to be think of,but I suggest only this
Would be great if there was a one week cool down period before joining another for players who randomly quit clans, maybe more for those who leave during a war. Yes leaders should be able to tag known hoppers, it would be on their profile for the week they can't join another clan.

no no no. There should not be any punishment for not knowing how to properly play the game. I know that hoppers can be a problem, but deal with it. Only let smart and trustworthy people into your clan.

Please don't ruin the OPs good idea by trying to tack bad ones onto his thread.

Mind reading not needed. Just a little common sense. Remember that the first trick to not getting outsmarted by others is to be smarter.

'Smart' is such a subjective term. Take my boss's boss for example. MD, owner of a 20-30 some year old company, and yet acts as wise as a kid most times, and can be easily taken advantage of for a donation. Smart, yet... not.

Hoppers don't stay in my clan, since even before I was a leader, I would also try to strike up a talk with a possible new member. If they pass, by making casual good conversation, they stayed without much second thought. People staying quiet, and making troop requests get kicked... or given WB and then kicked.

People asking for Co-Leader, like some parrot usually get kicked too.

One claimed to be doing a video for thier CoC YouTube channel, and wanted Co for short moment for the video. They left saying "@#$% you" because I got side tracked by the videos for awhile, and wanted Co rather too insistently.

I call people that just leave like that "self correcting problems", since we don't need people like that, and them leaving makes it easier for me, since I don't have to make the call to kick (before when I was Leader) and hunt for the kick button.
