Have you ever started upgrading a town hall and wanted it to go faster without spending a large amount of gems? Why not be able to spend gold or elixir or even a small amount of gems to add an extra builder to make the project go faster? You can have up to however many builders you currently have. Me and my friends thought this would be an awesome feature to add.

Nooooooooo! Builders are your 1St and always important in the whole game. SC wants to make you itch to buy gems for the previous to complete. That's how they became millionaires. Builders are not meant to be bought.
As said above; it is ruled out.
The idea to boost builders however is not. But assigning more than one builder is.
