Only the leader could promote somebody to clan officer so it would be the leaders decision to do it. We wouldn't need any other positions to demote the clan officer Because it was the leaders decison. You see where I'm going?

thank you all for your opinions... and I'm not giving just elder anyone, I think I'm good about clans and I think the Clan roles should change just in role statistics...
So when I read this conversation I discovered something...
A. There can be only max. four Co-Leaders in a clan

B. There can be max. two Co-Leaders and there should come a new role: Senior Elder (/superior/co...) which can send Clan Mails, start a CW and demote/promote elders. (but he can't promote on higher position as elder - Senior Elder/Co-Leader)

C. Your idea?

4 is a good number of coleaders, more than that indicates excessive coleader giveaways.

I think that if you just made this: Senior Coleader as a sort of leader for the Coleaders instead of officer then it would make more sense: but it should require a clanmate to be coleader for at least 5 days and for the leader to promote the person. That way the rank is actually earned, and there can only be one Senior Coleader.

I like that, but I do see where Anthony is coming from. We can't have too many ranks or ranks in general will be a little useless.

Just like people give co and they kick out an entire clan, people will give Officer and they will demote all co's, maybe even kick everyone, and leave. This shouldn't be implemented in my opinion.

Yes, the biggest gap is between elder and co-leader. There should be a senior elder or something like that between these roles. All elder can do more than member is invite/accept requests and all leader can do more than co-leader is demote co-leaders.

CoC has some sort of tribal goverment system. Its not that complicated system and should not be made into one. Ranking has not even superb benefits aside from making promotions and clan mail. Its only a NAME but makes some people heads bigger.

I agree to someone who said ranking problem is just a clans management problem not SC's prbs.

I agree with you at one point, Co leader should not be able to promote someone to be coleader. Only the leader should able to pick whos to promote as Co.
