Perhaps when someone presses join clan, a rules page, like "temrs and conditions" (Iknow no-one reads them, but still) then they scroll down and press "okay"?

Maybe it could be a reward for making a certain clan level? Then in a few more levels you could make it longer?

Maybe, but it is needed more for a clan of many beginners than an experienced clan.
I don't really care how they add it, but this needs to be reviewed.
