Hello fellow Clashers. Here's my idea for a new troop, maybe it's been thought of before, but I couldn't find anything when I searched the threads so here goes: a kind of spy or double-agent that infiltrates opponent's Clan Castles.
I think Clash could really use other goals than taking storages or destroying Town Halls. Clan Castles tend to be centrally located, difficult to get to, and there's only one.What if there was a unit that specifically targeted the CC but instead of the usual destruction joined the opponent's CC (if it survived opponent's defenses)? It could fight defensively when you're attacked and offensively (as an additional unit) when you attacked (with the same goal: to reach the defender's clan castle) but would also need to have some sort of downside as well.
My first thought for revenge sort of attack option against infiltrated opponents. I think it'd be extremely cool to have a string of additional villages to “revenge” depending on if the “double-agent” managed to get into another clan castle when deployed offensively by the previous opponent who had been infiltrated etc. There may need to be restrictions on say the trophy range (or trophy and loot rewards) etc. but that could be tweaked with play-testing.
Maybe too it could “turn” on an opponent when you're attacking on them, maybe targeting their own cc troops or defenses? Perhaps there could be some sort of loot bonus every time it successfully infiltrated another clan castle or maybe you could get a cut of the infiltrated players mines/collector production?
But really, in the end what matters is that I think it'd be really fun and challenging without drastically altering the mechanics of the game. Just think of all the YouTube trolling possibilities! What do you all think?
