Clan war resource - scouting attacks

When things cant be prevented, you sometimes have to remove the incentive.

I propose a new clan war resource to be used be clans strategically - scouting attacks.
Essentially, I suggest providing every war clan a limited number of "free" attacks during clan wars that would serve as practice attacks. These attacks would not count, and would not gain or expend gold, elixir, or dark.

My idea would establish a limited clan wide pool to be used by any war participants, perhaps tied to number of participants and clan level (clan perk driven).

This would make wars significantly more difficult, and drive the defensive side of things. It would also keep clans on a more even playing field. It is definitely a drastic solution, but also adds new dimension and strategy to frequently unfair clan wars.

    Thoughts?

So you want to put a big ol' fuzzy bunny into the game?
If everything angers you then you will spend your entire life being angry.
If everything pains you then you will spend your entire life in pain.

If it can't be beaten, make it a feature.

There is no practical way to make this happen....let me explain.

    1. In order to make your idea the best it can, I will revise most of it. During prep-day, you are allowed 2 attacks against any opponent. Before the attack, the attacker may "place" traps around the opponents base on where they think the traps are located....because during the attack, traps are not revealed. In fact, when the attacker downloads the map from the server, the server doesn't even register the traps in the data....so there's no exploitation either. There are no CC troops either, but you can setup what you think is in it before the attack. These attacks serve the purpose of training you on what to expect from the pathfinding algorithms the troops will take, allowing you to properly attune your placement and timing. This doesn't necessarily hone your skills to the point of ensuring a 3 star victory, just help you understand the mechanics of the game better (without knowing where the traps are or what is in the CC, you still have that surprise to deal with). Any troops you use will be ghosted, so no resources lost (but a payment would be needed).

    2. The defensive strategy against such a game mechanic would simply be to swap your base out with another one minutes before war starts....confusing the enemy and rendering any prep attacks he did use wasted.

#2 point makes this idea nonviable.
