Hmmm sounds like your problem should be posted in the bugs forum rather than the general one.
Maybe also file a report with Support. Supercell need to know about this bug.
Personally speaking, every so often, I have a feeling the beehive tree does not gather the honey when I am away. I come back after an hour and one time it said only 6/100 done. I knew that was wrong. The tree takes about 45 mins to collect its honey.
