How cool would it be if you could put elixer into the laboratory little bits at a time and not all at once

Although the original idea/explanation is barren, but this has came across my mind as I was thinking of new ideas. BUT!! I decided in my head that this will be a stupid idea because that defeats the whole purpose of the game. In my mind, the purpose of having to save up on gold/elixir is because it is a challenge. Having the to pay by segments is WAY WAY too easy. This will also defeat the purpose of having your storages maxed out 8million when you can pay off an upgrade 10.000 at a time or sending all your elixir/gold into the upgrade every time you get out from a raid.

Open to abuse my friend, people would dump resources there to hide it, unless you made the research lab raidable like the clan castle, then this could work.

You would also need a limit to how much you can pay as you raid, say if the research cossts 8 million you can only add a maximum of 2million and can only pay installments of 1 million, that way you still have to store the majority in your storages, but at least it means you won't have to wait to train troops when you have drained your elixr completely.
